I saw it on CBS Sunday Morning, but here:

Tebow says Friday he wasn't aware the trademark was official yet. The devout Christian says his representatives filed on his behalf not for financial gain, but "to just control how it's used, make sure it's used in the right way."

Personally I think the right way to use it is in parodoy, which is a fair use issue. The next time I finish a satisfying dump...

Is Tim Tebow actually claiming he created the idea of kneeling on the ground in a prayer position? I hope no one ever trademarks standing up on two feet because if that happens we are all screwed.
