It would have to be brought in a Liebherr mining dump truck that is big enough to block our the sun when it passes by.
And then it needs to be dumped right on their houses.
Preferably while theyre home.

They've cut Australian coal deliveries because Australia said something Xi didn't like.
Can always blame somebody else. The Great Leader is never wrong. Esp. when the media supports the government and gets its message out ... Or else.

Ironically, in some of the coal-producing areas of China the coal suppliers are now only taking cash...it's going to be a cold winter in China.
