I would like to see more attacks on his record as governor as well, but the fact is when you have as much ammo on a candidate as they have on Mitt not all of it is going to be used. The reason they did not attack his record as Governor very much is because Mitt did not run on his record as Governor if he had tried to run on that record I am sure the Obama campaign team absolutely would have attacked it. The problem is attacking Mitt's record as Governor would also give Romney an opportunity to brag about that record when the media gives him a chance to defend himself, it is better to focus attacks in ways that do not open up potential opportunities for your opponent.

Romney makes John Kerry look like a model of iron consistency. Romney has flipped flopped so much its hard to tell where he stands on just about everything. This theme was begging to be a focus but no, let's just overlook the obvious I guess, sez the Obama campaign "geniuses".

The Obama campaign has been quite consistent in showing what Romney is. It's kind of silly to suddenly start accusing him of something he's been doing all along just because you weren't paying much attention.

Republicans seem to be willing to vote for him anyway.

They should have made this a focus from day one, instead we get nonsense like Big Bird.

Every time Romney talks about working with Dems in Mass I can't believe the Pres let's it slide. How about all the veto overrides? How about his approval rating being so low that he didn't run again. It was just a stepping stone. . . Padding his resume to run for Pres. He shouldn't be using his Mass record as a positive!

Where it's hard to ignore....

And everyone in America will see it.

Online videos are OK, but generally mainly Democrats will look at them.

Romney's record:
1. Ranked 47th in job growth:
2. Suffered the second-largest labor force decline in the nation: Only Louisiana, which was ravaged by Hurricane Katrina in 2005, saw a bigger decline in its labor force than Massachusetts during Romney’s tenure as governor.
3. Lost 14 percent of its manufacturing jobs:
4. Experienced “below average” economic growth and was “often near the bottom”: “There was not one measure where the state did well under his term in office. We were below average and often near the bottom,” Sum told the Washington Post in February. As a result, the state was more comparable to Rust Belt states like Illinois, Michigan, and Ohio than it was to other high-tech economies it typically competes with.

5. Piled on more debt than any other state: Romney left Massachusetts residents with $10,504 in per capita bond debt, the highest of any state in the nation when he left office in 2007. The state ranked second in debt as a percentage of personal income.

It's Massachusetts Mitt 5 point fiasco!

Romney is bragging about his record in Mass. He talks about how he's going to balance the budget. How he's going to create 12 million jobs. This is a pathetic record. It shows that Mitt is incapable.
