Both bills, BIF and BBB must be voted on together. There is no other way to assure that the package as a whole passes. Manchin and Sinema are betting Dems fold and pass the BIF so they can dismiss the BBB. Its time to call their bluff.

The conservadems can't be trusted. They didn't keep their end of the deal, why expect them to do so now?
They want it separate and first so that they can refuse to vote for BBB.
