Then work towards the next .
To deny waiting America the benefits of the one we can count on, in favor of risking it all, a very likely scenario, would be the biggest bad gamble in history.
Everything for the fiture of this country rides on it.
Unless the Senate votes are a sure thing, do not gambel away the whole thing.
That risk is far to high & very much likely to happen
Not worth it when there are other more reasonable ways of achieving the same goal.
