There is no defining logical cohesion to actions or beliefs of the right apart from supporting the tribe no matter what.

Some of them are just happy to have a vital role with instructions on how to participate in Trumpworld like disrupt schoolboard meetings or leave threatening messages to politicians identified as the other.

They've been taught and thoroughly believe that TLG or someone like him is the only answer to the things and people who they believe are threatening them.

Their distortion was facilitated by decades of propaganda intended to create doubt in simpler minds and it was calculated to increase their fear and their dependence.

They are not capable of logic with regard to TLG or the issues which they fear because they cannot distinguish between objective reality and their distorted version. People who lived for decades under the induced paranoia of East Germany had great difficulty living in unified Germany because the system allowed them to make choices they were not capable of without feeling paralyzed by doubts about the outcome.
