They have seen what back to the office mandates had done to employee numbers and they don't feel like replacing half the staff

(45,488 posts)6. Same here. They gave the notice a few months ago and 2 out of 30 hadn't gotten vaxxed.
Both in their late 20s. One got vaxxed and one quit. Good riddance imo.

We have to mask in the office unless we're in a conference room/phone room by ourselves. Or eating. Regardless of vax status.
It sucks.

Vax gets you a respectably sized bonus.
No vax gets higher insurance premiums in 2022.
No mask requirement, though I didn't expect it. Mask wearing is well less than 50% at stores and the like.
