We needed clarity months ago, and we already know where every other democrat but him and Sinema stand. Things could have gotten started by now if not for the delays caused by those two.

I've been advised that he's a good "loyal" Democrat though, so I'm sure he'll finally get behind Biden and do the right thing for us.
