They get Tim Scott to slow walk the thing, planning all along never to agree to the final reform bill, and when it ends, he blames Cory Booker. Manchin is doing the same thing

Sometimes, it’s pretty easy to spot them, too.

They get all worked up when someone dares to disagree, and they all “swarm” on posts to make it look like their point of view is the most prevalent.

His petulant tone may mean he's feeling the criticism. Not sure how much good that will do, but it's nice to think he might be feeling uncomfortable.
