Might this be a side effect to a booster shot?

I got my Moderna booster Tuesday morning and did not even get a sore arm from it.

I just woke up now, Thursday morning 4 a.m., with severe lower back pain so bad I can hardly move. I have done nothing that might have caused it.

Has anyone had something similar after getting their COVID booster shot?

I would think that would cause pain on one side where the stone is and the pain I am having goes all across my lower back.
Fortunately I happen to have a video appointment with my primary care physician scheduled for tomorrow so if it continues maybe he can prescribed a muscle relaxer.

It's sharp, feels like acid is pouring out of you, is shocking in it's intensity. It's very specifically located, no traveling around, just through you.

Yours sounds like bad muscle problems, but maybe it's time to see a dr. & hopefully get some relief?

It's a common side effect to the Moderna booster I had a couple days ago.
However, I do have a video appointment today with my primary care doctor.

I had the same thing the next day...I thought it was from the way I slept, as that happens with my back once in a while...but it COULD be from the booster. I got the Moderna one, myself. My only other issue was a sore arm.

I got my Pfizer booster and felt like dog doo. I had COVID in July, which may have caused such awful side effects (very swollen armpit lymph nodes and fever). I'm mostly back to normal now, three days later.

Hope your back heals up quickly!

I didn't have muscle pain (other than injection site), but I had fever for two days (started the next day after the booster) and a Moderna arm (lasted a week).

"5 Common Side Effects After Moderna Booster
According to clinical trial data collected by Moderna, the most commonly reported side effects after the booster shot were:

Injection site pain
Fatigue
Headache
Muscle pain
Joint pain

Not discussing the Booster, but the Moderna vaccine and low back pain.

Did anyone else experience really intense lower back pain after their second shot?
Vaccine
I got my second moderna shot last wednesday and then 2 days later after no symptoms my lower back started hurting like NO OTHER.. like seriously 9/10 pain.. and I'm JUST NOW feeling a bit better.. it could not have been the second shot but I kinda think it was..

Anyone else experience this or just me?

I felt like my lower abdomen had been used as a punching bag the day before. Finally went away. But it was not was I was expecting.
