The key source of information used to compile a salacious 2016 dossier on former President Donald Trump has been arrested as part of special counsel John Durham's long-running inquiry into the Russia investigation.

Igor Danchenko, an associate of former British intelligence officer Christopher Steele, was taken into custody in northern Virginia and is expected to make his first court appearance Thursday afternoon, a Durham spokesman said Thursday.

This is the 3rd time posting this comment below. But it's worth repeating. America is in a propaganda war being flung at truth, decency, and loyalty. The attackers are Republicans and their intimate moneybuck Russian black-ops troll komrades. Not a time to play patty-cake with democracy's mortal enemies.

Call a bigtime special session House televised hearing. In it either confirm or refute the allegations in the Steele dossier.

Make it a huge public TV thingy. Go over all the Republican-Russian crap. Spill it out in the open once again. This Durham phoney baloney arrest makes the whole story even more important.
