Nausea

Oh I felt miserable,overheated,nausea was going to take a couple of pepto pills and lay down.

But before I closed my eyes Othello wouldn't leave me alone.

As I lay down he climbed next to me he started sniffing my breath. I tested my blood sugar level it was :41

I have just eaten a small handful of skittles. Starting to feel better and the nausea is gone.

The lowest sugar reading I ever had was 38. Othello saved my ass on that one too.

That time I had no clue I was that low. No nausea,no tired,not overheating,felt normal.

But Othello gave me the sniffing signal I thought for sure he wasn't correct that time. Omg I was so wrong.

6. Being really low like that can mess with

your ability for several days to recognize the signs of low blood sugar.

My husband has a dexcom and it alerts when his sugar is dropping. He can also set a 'high' alert level.

Would cover a cgm for a type 2 diabetic.
