Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown infuriated progressives with his winning write-in campaign last week against the democratic socialist who beat him in the primary.

Now prominent left-wing Democrats are calling for the veteran New York mayor’s head, urging Democrats to strip Brown of his position on the Democratic National Committee.

“When you pull a stunt like this, somebody wins a primary, a working-class woman, and you go to every rich donor in both parties to fund a write-in campaign … it’s a disgrace,” said Larry Cohen, chair of the Bernie Sanders-aligned group Our Revolution.

Cohen, a DNC member himself, said he plans to organize an effort to press Democrats to remove Brown from his post on the national committee. And on Monday, India Walton, the unsuccessful Democratic nominee for Buffalo mayor, threw her weight behind the move: “Not only do I support the DNC revoking Byron Brown's post; I believe it would set a dangerous precedent not to,” she said in a statement to POLITICO.

Now that’s some irony right there. They got beat at their own game and now want to change the rules. What a load.

be because either they were fooled by the diabolical wealthy donor Establishment (both of them, as in "I've got news for the Republican establishment. I've got news for the Democratic establishment. They can't stop us." ) or the working-class-hating Establishment (both sides! -- although booing is always louder for the Democratic Establishment) did rigging with all the money to thwart the Will of The People (who, both Republican and Democratic voters, are democratic socialists yearning for class revolution but apparently don't know it yet).

Do they still think the DNC is an extremely powerful, wealthy secretive organization of elites who rig elections and control the world or whatever?

be banned as it's a RW source (with the RW German publisher Axel Springer becoming the new Politico owners and thus sealing their RW credentials), and that Holly Otterbein was a huge hack, a Dem-hating shit stirrer, a JPR-type POS.

All that is true as far as I have seen. I have no issues with those characterisations whatsoever.

BUT

Here you are now posting a Politico article as an OP, and not just any Politico article, but a Holly 'The Shit-Stirring Dem Hater' Otterbein article.

Why is that?
