Who knew?

Who knew that when Hillary Clinton called Trump-humpers a "basket of deplorables", four-plus years later it would prove to be the most unspeakably polite phrase ever attributed to those who eventually sought to destroy our democracy in the name of an orange-faced clown?

But I've heard that's the problem, Democrats are too intellectual and use big words.

Understanding is the key. People need to understand what idea is trying to be conveyed.

Maybe using precise words, but clarifying their meaning to get others to agree with us, is an important concept of communication.

Don’t use big words is a guideline that works for dummies like me.

“Deplorables” is still kinda cute. Hillary coined it during our waning period of innocence about what was actually going on in the GOP.

Why not use both?

MAGAts are deplorable fascists.

The whole "F your Feelings" crap seemed to start up after they'd won the election claiming our side wouldn't accept the election results, electoral-college gerrymandered rigging as it was. We did, after several bouts of nausea and vomiting.
Now we've won over the nonsense and just looking at the spectacle of tantrums from their side claiming "rigged election" makes 'ya go "hmmm". The idea they want to start a civil war and overthrow the government to place their crappy leadership in office has gone so far beyond "deplorable" into "dispicable", "fanatical", "crackbrained", "injudicious" and "criminal".
