Good Karma.

Mostly we hear about the evil getting theirs'.
Nurse Multigrain is on a week long vacation paid for by the family and loved ones of friend she took care of pro bono.

Damn, I always use to say "no good deed goes unpunished". Silly me, I'm glad to say.
