Just kind of a strange choice, sure theres graffiti here, but trains are not covered with it. MTA removes tagging and graffiti from subway cars pretty quickly.

how the hell did ny vote someone like him in? Does it suggest he ran a pretty slick campaign or the contenders were so bad they went that one?
obviously, I'm far away from that part of the country. California does have it's share of corrupt or ill suited office holders and seekers, for sure.
