Where is the sad tool, Kevin McCarthy, on this pronouncement? Does he agree? McCarthy is the perfect useless Trump clown for this time. A guy who knew Putin was paying Trump in 2015, but obviously is drinking the Trump Koolaid today.

I don't think he would actively do the job on a day-to-day basis, but he will be third in line to the presidency. He probably thinks he will be able to issue executive orders.
