Criminologist Casey Jordan reacted to the testimony of Kyle Rittenhouse on Wednesday by suggesting that the 18-year-old defendant displayed "sociopathic" tendencies.

Jordan spoke about the case during a break in Rittenhouse's testimony about the night he is accused of killing two victims and wounding a third during protests in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

According to Jordan, Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger has been "dogged" in his cross-examination of Rittenhouse.

But it doesn’t really matter if the jury doesn’t see it that way.

Or the prosecution, evidently.

But, hey, they’re not victims. They are looters, arsonists, and rioters.

And our fellow citizens.

I checked out the Fox News homepage and started to read an article.

They described Rittenhouse as only traveling "about 15 miles" to Kenosha. No mention that he crossed a state line. I read about two paragraphs of them describing Rittenhouse like he is some vounteer superhero before I had to stop.

No wonder Fox News viewers are so brainwashed and stupid.

That aside I do think he was prepped well. His lawyer does not seem like a public defender so I will go out on a limb and say someone provided him with a very good lawyer because this young man is going to walk away even from the misdemeanor gun charge.

like Rick Schroeder. And the judge apparently is a big-time Trump supporter.

Unfortunately, I have to agree Rittenhouse will probably walk or be convicted of something minor. Unless they can get him to completely fall apart under cross-examination, this will end up being an absolute fucking miscarriage of justice.

does not make them competent or not. I think the judge knows exactly what he is doing as far as the law goes but he's not very likeable

I looked at this Judge's wiki and he has run unopposed since he was first appointed. He was selected and then he run on ballots.

I know this is definitely the case in Texas, especially in Tarrant County there are no Democratic Judges on the ballot. Although we are starting to get more Democrats interested in running.
