Arbery in cold blood get what they deserve.
It probably wont be in the courtroom but sometimes, somewhere else, I hope they do.

(8,445 posts)I'd hate the feeling of having to look over my shoulder for the rest of my life.
But I doubt they will. They'll continue to be arrogant assholes like Zimmerman. They have no consciences.

(52,162 posts)He got an insanely long sentence for the crime he got convicted of, simply because he was who he was.

(19,066 posts)Rittenhouse will get off, Arbery's killers will get convicted.
The problem I am seeing right now is that Right Wing judges aren't giving equal protection to groups they disagree with politically.
GETTINGTIRED
(330 posts)it will be sweet to see Mr. Arberys killers get convicted by the jury of the select peers they wanted
rittenhouse is a rightwing hero, the judge is a ws so he's all in.
the hope is some of those folks on the jury may have friends relatives that may one day be protestors, and don't want their loved ones targeted nor shot by folks ....supposedly there to simply protect property.
the fake azz performance by rittenhouse on the stand yesterday should have been enough to let them see dude wasn't shook he did what he went for.( medic lol)
folks worshipped george zimmerman as a hero too but last i heard great things never really came his way, he's just another bum murderer walking the streets.
may not answer here.
but if you're a believer.
they will answer to higher power one day.

(9,074 posts)That case is as open and shut as it gets.
If they walk, I'd be in the streets.
That was a lynching.

(13,521 posts)Of George Zimmerman somewhat. Thought Zimmerman went to jail on some other charge a few years ago, but not sure.

(2,336 posts)How either of those cases could end in acquittal is beyond comprehension but that was the case in the OJ trial and after the election of tRump I no longer say, "that won't ever happen."
