Wait for the ripple effect.

We're Fucking Pathetic.

At least EVERYBODY seems to be in agreement that he's going to walk, so it won't be any surprise when it happens.

their punditry and analyst desks with defense attorneys only. There are some prosecutors AND defense attorneys who can readily argue issues from both vantage points and reach an unbiased conclusion. IMO, long-term defense attorneys generally find that more difficult.

The prosecution is going to lay it on Monday. The defense pretty much blew it's load with the self defense thing. By the time the prosecutor is done with his 2.5 hrs the jury will really be asking themselves why was he walking around with an assault weapon.

I’d be shocked beyond belief if he is. This was set up for him to walk from the beginning.
