A D.C. Appeals court has temporally barred the Select Committee from receiving the requested Trump Administration documents that a lower court judge had ruled they could have.

I guess that shouldn't be a surprise...

This is a slam dunk. They can’t give TFG executive privilege for life, if they do they would have to extend that to every living President and all future Presidents. I just do see that as fitting with the Constitution.

There are too many good Democrats on the Select Committee and in Congress who are working together to bring that S.O.B. down. It's only a matter of time.
