He is doing his job. Some here wanted him to bypass the legal process and just arrest Bannon. Grand Jury! We use those in Federal Government before issuing arrest warrants, except in cases of violent criminals arrested by the FBI or other Federal LEOs.

AG Garland has acted swiftly and within the boundaries of the Constitution.
