I believe the caption was Herman with "some" of the black people attending. I'd say more like all of them in the door up to that point. They probably grabbed them as they came in to get them for the pic. Then I was thinking they probably sat all of them behind the stage where they could be seen.

One thing I noticed. Those idiots were still filling those seats behind the stage while Pence was on. They had the place set up for social distancing, but they took the signs off the seats. I wonder if any in the pic got COVID?
