Should the Jan 6 Committee make official request for Appeals Court to expedite the "privilege" case?

Trump and his lawyers were back in Court today with a new request saying that Congress had too much power and were imposing on the rights of the Executive Branch.

They are attempting to muddy the water and to delay as much as possible. Unfortunately, our country does not need any more delay. The Courts need to decide which side to call?

Do they call it for an Executive that is no longer in office or do they call it for the Congress, the Representatives of the People of this Country?

The Committee should make an immediate request to the Court to expedite the case?

Primarily, the Courts delay is keeping other people from obeying subpoenas from a legitimate Committee of Congress? They need to resolve it immediately.

Just my opinion.
