I took the dog out for her nighttime excursion & smelled the fog. It was floating in curtains ...

Very clear here. Moon right over my house, and I just have to sit on the porch.

so yet again I'm out of luck.

Forecast said cloudy. Set an alarm for 12:30. Lo and behold, super clear night. As we're a decent distance from the city, lots of stars and things.
By 1:05, clouds started rolling in again.
So, super lucky little pocket of time during the best part.
