The neglect of the USPS the last 20-30 years is really being manifested today. Thankfully, I don't have to go often, but I dread having to go to the post office. Dark and dank and generally poor customer service. I have four that I use. They're all the same.

I do love we get Sunday package home delivery, though. Hopefully, it makes money.
