There has been a letter to be picked up in my rural mailbox with the flag up for pickup since early Friday morning. I want Louis Dejoy's phone number so I can call him and tell him to get ass down here to rural East TN and deal with my mail.

(47,375 posts)Package delivered by US Mail.
There is no package on my front door step.
Nor is there a video from my ring doorbell of the package being delivered.
It is a Christmas present for my daughter.
So you can tell Louis Dejoy to get his fanny to my house too.

When she brought it to me later and told me what happened I told her good thing it wasnt anything embarrassing
Any how check with your neighbors could be mis delivered.

(906 posts)I remember freaking out a little because it said it was delivered but not here and nothing on my cameras plus it was kind of expensive. Good luck hope it turns up.

But it looks like he'll be gone before too long anyway.

(94,725 posts)Here in Brooklyn, weve had no pickup or delivery problems. Maybe local branches in Red States are losing staff because of vax requirements?

(6,929 posts)We did not check until this morning. It is a short walk to the mailbox.
I wonder just how long that rural carrier worked yesterday. How many hours?? How much overtime? yeah, sure.
