i didn't follow the trial blow by blow but from what i gathered she did not drive him to wi that night, and she did not buy that gun for him.

i do remember hearing she was at a bar with him in wi when he was out on bail

The initial report was that she drove him to Wisconsin. Then he testified she didn't.

So, now--just prosecute her for producing an idiot son.
