potentially take down the Government. What shared goals? Not to mention the RWNJ's aren't inclusive to non-white races.

Here in my part of NJ, a failed congressional candidate (who happens to be African-American) publicly announced on his FB page that he was joining them on Jan. 6. When I followed up later on that date, all he posted was him hanging out in the street after dark with 3-4 white dudes. (IOW, he didn't go to or in the Capitol Building.) And he even took that down from FB.

It's almost a year now and he's still pro-MAGA, if not more so. I don't get it.

but it's just plain fact. And actually, there's something fundamentally wrong (and perhaps dismissive and denigrating?) about assuming that any single ethnic or group - is going to march in lock-step - or have some kind of 'mind-meld' unity of opinion/perspective. Just doesn't work like that.

But I still don't get a meathead like K.West - wanting to hang with the racially toxic Trump ... Is it a shared lack of any kind of values?

...there were a lot more people of color at the Jan 6 insurrection than I would have thought possible. How did this happen that persons of color would identify with white supremacists enough that they are willing to overthrow democracy with them? Even that Enrique Tarrio guy looks like he could be Latino or some other non-white race. I cannot understand it. Will someone please explain this to me?

and it's long past time that we should be in any way surprised.

There also seems to be a common phenomenon involving a person that has climbed a few rungs up the ladder from his peers .... Surprisingly little identification - or empathy.

I don't know anything about his childhood, but many people just don't look at race the way we do or the way we think they do or should do.

Lots of Mexican-Americans are not happy about new immigrants coming into the country. People think they should welcome them, but many don't.

White people often are mad at white people for various reasons. We hate white nationalists, yet they accuse white Democrats of "self-hate"...

Many of those white supremacists don't market themselves as white supremacists. They market themselves as "freedum".....

An interview from early October about his role in the production of Jesus Christ Superstar he's been performing lately.

https://equality365.com/interview-james-t-justis-what-would-judas-do/

Andrews-Katz: You play the role of Judas in Jesus Christ Superstar. Would you say that Judas is a villain, hero, anti-hero, or something more?
Justis: I’d say, that in this production, Judas is more of a hero. Others say, “anti-hero”, but I think there is something more to Judas. He has a perspective on what his mission was to be. Tim Rice (lyricist of Jesus Christ Superstar) gave Judas a voice. He was a human, and he had to make choices. What were the conversations going on in Judas’ mind? This production leaves us with a question about his role. Personally, I started to study the character and the archetype of what he has become. I read the Bible, as well as the Gospel of Judas (removed from the Bible), and other books taken out of the Bible. Without Judas turning Jesus into the authorities, there is no ‘salvation’. Technically, Judas should be celebrated instead of booed. I fell in love with the character and feel he has been given a bad turn.

Andrews-Katz:
Part of the story of Jesus is about rebellion against authority. Since a person of color almost always plays the role of Judas, has the current social unrest added any nuances to the way you portray the character?
Justis: That’s a good question. I don’t look at it as Judas being a bad guy. I think he is a hero. I am honored to be the archetype of Judas and to give him a voice. Myself, being a person of color, I cherish that. I think that we’ve been told we have to question society. I want people to look at Judas in a different light and from different perspectives. He wasn’t a bad guy, and was only doing what he had to do. However that is translated into today’s society, I hope it would be looked on as a good thing. Tim Rice asks, “What did Judas do in these times? What did Judas see?” Judas had a vision and a plan.

There were thousands upon thousands of traitors, and there are only a limited number of DOJ personnel to handle their arrests and prosecutions. That's including Trump holdovers that haven't been weeded out yet, and who are, no doubt, obstructing however they can. They also have to deal with "normal" DOJ operations, like other domestic terrorism issues, gun and drug running, child and adult sex trafficking, other Trump crimes, etc.
