What bills has he proposed, enacted and passed to stop this. He has been in the congress and senate for decades. Words alone will not change anything.

I ask you again, what has he actually done to make any of this right?

What has he done? The need to save our Democracy has been a longstanding fight.

Nothing, just another talk about it in another broadcast.

BRB...gotta put mom to bed now.

the fight for freedom is an eternal, yesterday, today and tomorrow struggle.

You can't have democracy without words, that's why the Republicans are trying to use the Second Amendment against the First.

Bernie is willing to scratch the antiquated and abused filibuster to pass voting rights legislation, I don't believe that the case for Manchin.

Actions speak far louder than words.

Bernie is willing to scratch the antiquated and abused filibuster to pass voting rights legislation,

He is willing to scratch something? What does that even mean?

Don't think Sanders is responsible, he is the messenger in this case.

At least he is trying to do something.

I think the question that should be asked is how is it that we have arrived at the present situation?

same brush, or is your hatred reserved for Sanders?

Do you think the topics of gerrymandering and voter suppression are unworthy of discussion? That they should be ignored?

Bringing attention to these issues is a way to get some action on the bill currently in the Senate, you know the one that NEEDS to pass if we're going to have actual elections anymore? Or is your disdain for one man more important than that?

AK has been in the Senate 21 years. BS in the Senate 20 and the House 16. Thirty seven years total, I asked what he had done. You do realize that the OP has 3 tweets posted, the last has nothing to do with the subject of town hall.

No, you should not accept an economic system which allows the CEOs of this country to grow their pay by 1,167% while at the same time, worker pay has grown by just 13.7%.

Another world and an economy which works for all of us is possible, but only if we fight for it.

This is a subject that he talks about insistently along with his dislike of millionaires and billionaires...then he dropped millionaire when he became one.

Me, just asking questions that no one seems to want to answer. 37 years, what has he done about it. Show me not what he says but what he has accomplished in terms of legislation.

I appreciate your response, Bettie.

TY.
