Finally got to see my brother, who lives the other side of Austin ...

Two years of Pandemic and his absolute refusal to either mask or vaxx and his extreme RW rheteric made it impossible for us to meet with him. My nephew was welcome (vaxxed and masked), he in fact is the one who told his dad he couldn't come to our house because of my cancer status and his not being vaxxed and masked), but seeing Mike was too risky.

We went to Round Rock last night and had dinner with him, he's been vaxxed in the last couple of months

Still talking "virus loads" but not too incessantly, he stayed away from the wooo.

I'm waiting to call my dad in Phoenix this morning to tell him.

Take Highway 29 next time and wave as you pass my house. I’m five mules east of downtown Georgetown! 😄

It's been about 15 years since I went out east on Highway 29. My friend that lived in one of the subdivisions a couple miles east of town passed away from cancer in 2010.

We moved here in 2016 and knew it was being developed, but the pace has been extraordinary. Traffic on 29 has more than doubled in five years. Huge developments with 1,000+ homes each. Only bright spot is HEB just built a new shopping cent on the corner of Highway 29 and Ronald Reagan Blvd. Beautiful large store that's only a few miles from our house!

I thought, "Wow...they finally finished road construction in Austin!"

I lived in Fort Worth from 1991 to 2017 and visited Austin a couple of times every year...and every year there was rosd construction...

I wish is that more families will begin to see some positivity from their indoctrinated, anti-vaxx members.
