10. Hey, Tough Tony, here at DU we like to get our facts right & outlandish claims require hard evidence

If you are going to state something that is well-known, fine.

But if you are going to make a big extreme claim, you better buttress it with links and facts. You didn't speculate, you made big claims about the cases.

I think your claim that the father sent the son is bogus.
I think you will never be able to support that with evidence.
But you better do so now or self-delete.

I think your claim that Rittenhouse's mother sent him on a "terrorist mission" is bogus.
I think you will never be able to support that with evidence.
Not "oh she took him to a bar with Proud Boys", not something that makes some vague connection.

Your claims are very bold and strong.
Your evidence better be very bold and strong.

5. I read that the parents were allowed to meet with the gunman and advised him not to speak

That seems an error to me. Why would authorities allow such a meeting before they learned all they could? Surely no law requires such a meeting?

12. So you want cops to talk to a suspect without the option of asking for a lawyer?

and parental consent. Some states have greater protections than others but this is quite standard.

You weren’t under the impression that the police can just arrest children and interrogate them without the parental knowledge, consent and, at times, presence, were you?
