You see, this is what eventually happens when everyone you don't like MUST be secretly paid by George Soros, or is a satanist pedophile, or is a secret Communist Socialist Muslim. Eventually, you're not going to like one of your own...

2. Problem is, why is a cult party still viable as a national political party?

I wish more people wake up to this fact and help burn the party to the ground. I am all for a functional and reasonable republican party but the Trump cult isn't it.

4. I get what you mean, but I just can't imagine US with a multi party system.

It feels like Republicans will mostly stay together while democrats splits into a more left party and a more centrist party. That ends up benefiting republicans as they will have higher numbers than the 2 left lean parties.

I mean, democrats are already known to be the one that needs motivation to vote. And we seem to have a bigger tent than the other side. We are a bit easier to divide than the other side.

5. Being easier to divide is also a good thing in at least one way IMHO

Makes us as a whole less susceptible to groupthink or all-or-nothing thinking.

We should be embracing and broadcasting our differences.

Like I'm not a fan of Joe Manchin, and I have a running project on social media outside DU excoriating his daughter when it comes to epipens, but if I lived in WV and it was the general election, I would still vote for him in November.

6. Right. I am only saying it would be bad in a multi party system.

In a two party system, I wish republicans are more like us. Right now, the right wing crazies took over their party and the more moderate faction is nowhere to be found (besides Liz Channy and Adam Kissenger and OMG they aren't really moderates lol). That's why they have gone off the deep end.

I disliked Bush et al. but I think they are still kind of reasonable but Trump is just crazy talk.

And on to the next one.
Just this morning i had a guy msg me a video clip of "news" crawl stating that the military had arrested Deborah Birx and were looking for Fauci. Also, Ghislaine Maxwell is ALREADY at Gitmo. After I pointed out the numerous errors in reality, he just said "LIES!"
