You think it is time to expand the courts, even if the right wingers sitting on the court don't

take Roe V Wade down completely, they, the right wingers were asking about the viability issue ....they have already taken voting rights and thrown that out the door, workers rights damn near gone.......environmental issues being decimated, they even stepped in on the vaccine issue (remember religion in California)....made money free speech, and look what that has gotten us....more dark money in election ...... gerrymandering is just a okay.......

Sheldon Whitehouse is going to release a report on the 15th of December about the US Supreme Court Commission

the advise and consent clause being used, and then having known drunk placed on the bench, and another one of there that were in the 2000 Gore V Bush cabal, and then going to events where dark money was backing her for the bench then why do we have a senate .....

anyone they want or not as they did during Obama's time. Of course when the 'but her email crowd' voted for Stein, Trump, or stayed home...there was a vacancy then which they ignored...damn them.

of many, that said and did this:

This little de- facto dictator (#Moscow Mitch) which he is, did this, and the American public could not do anything, they did in some cases do the following that you suggested, but the advise and consent "rule" was not suppose to be put in the position that it was placed in, the "consent" in the Article of law means to have a vote in my opinion, you are either for or against the nominee...

Very early on in Pete Buttigieg's campaign he talked about this with references to several legal scholars who have been engaged in proposing white papers on various design and processes getting there.

One proposition that appealed me is to expand to 15 justices, 5 chosen by each political party, and the last 5 chosen by the appointed justices. I felt that option offered the best balanced outcome.

I still like it best '

But yes it obviously has to be expanded.

We keep coming up with ideas that will Never stand a chance at even consideration, let alone enactment.

We can't even get changes on the low hanging fruit, yet people here think there is even the slightest chance at changing the court size under current conditions.

Simply a waste of time to even entertain the discussion, IMO.
