At that point, what other argument do you need to eliminate the filibuster and pack the Supreme Court?

Since Manchin is anti-choice it doesnt seem likely that overturning Roe would inspire him to act

The DEMOCRATIC PARTY was plenty inspired in defending ROE & warning of the future of the SC.
The Democratic Party has always had their sails set to the correct course.
So WHO uninspiringly dropped the fking ball when Roe was on the line back in that critical year of 2016?
It wasn't the Democratic Party.
