Prisons don’t actually HAVE “noose rooms.” When they hanged people, executioners owned their own ropes that they had stretched for a full year before hanging anyone with them to get all the elasticity out of them. The British government sent Albert Pierrepoint to Germany to hang 250 Nazis, and he brought his own ropes with him.
