22 years after 13-year-old's murder, an arrest that made history (CNN)

CNN was granted exclusive access as the NYPD re-opened the cold case of 13-year-old Minerliz Soriano's murder. For nearly four years, the department's top detectives & forensics lab kept the case alive, culminating in a history-making arrest 22 years after her body was found in a dumpster.

In this story, which is about resolution of the murder of a 13 year old girl, at 2:24 there is an unnecessary to the story, part of this video clip that does just that. I talks about this dectisve arrested rapists, serial killers, .. while showing a AA man being arrested.

The arrested killer in this story is light brown and named Martinez and appears late in the clip at 8:51
