crumbling - you have to learn not to get caught!
Parenting in the Slobfather's cowardly new world.
That is all.

(269,026 posts)so they may well be thrown in jail.
If they were black and still on the run, they'd be thrown in the morgue after the manhunt.

(10,052 posts)where as they likely would have been released after their arraignment, had they showed up. They are Trumpers so I guess we shouldn't expect them to do the smart thing.

(5,801 posts)U.S. Marshalls to gun them down, as happened (allegedly) with that fugitive who killed a RWinger.

completely abandoning him.
This is just an awful story.

(21,646 posts)A total degradation would be coming in how people think they can act what words they can say
To be president of the country one sets a tone for the nation and children would see their actions words and past history as acceptable. Twice as bad when the parents enforce the same
The killer was 9 or 10 when trump first called out to violent racist assholes make me your leader
The mom was already writing trump love letters at that point in time

(21,351 posts)the way gun laws are so watered down they probably would have beaten the manslaughter charge and would have been charged with a lesser offense. Now I believe they are fucked. Definitely no bail. I feel for the DA lady, she was extremely affected by this and the usual suspects are going to attack her.

I'm still wondering what the over-under is on a double suicide at the end of this. Something about all of this isn't quite right. And I'm not only talking about the son's potential schizophrenia/mental illness.
Their behavior has just been so outside the norm, even for trashy folk. And I can say that, because I was raised trashy folk.

(16,412 posts)I wasn't exactly raised trashy folk, but definitely trashy folk adjacent. My mother had a lot of siblings, raging from honest to God trashy to trying like hell not to be. We were in the latter category, but I had lots of opportunities to observe the trashy ones.
When it comes to the Crumbleys, I hope to hell they're caught alive. They need to be made to face up to what they've wrought.

(7,263 posts)Not sure how accurate those stories are, we shall see.
The boy is the first RW fool I have felt any kind of remorse for, because of his age - so easy to brainwash children. Guess he was 9 when TFG was running in 2015 and mom fell in love with the orange mass murderer.
IMO the parents also need to be charged with criminal child abuse for the psychological damage they have imposed on their child through hate based brain washing.
malaise
(269,026 posts)injured and terrorized. Not one of the kids who survived will ever forget this. That is so unfair to these young people.
Fuck guns and gun humpers.

(7,263 posts)But still a small part of my heart goes out to the child. He seems he tried to reach out - but mom and dad kept thwarting his attempts.
The kid is mentally ill. I kinda doubt he will ever face a real trial, and will spend his life in an institution for the criminally insane.
But the parents need to be punished to the full extent of the Law.
And I do feel for the victims, once again. But until we cleanse Our Country of the NRA, gunners, and those who oppose any kind of Gun Control, this will happen again and again and again.

(11,611 posts)Most of my sympathy goes to the victims. This tragedy was entirely preventable. It seems like this kid wanted to get caught before something happened. A part of me feels sorry for him though I don't condone what he did at all.
