3. The Sheriff told Hallie Jackson that they were not given a heads up

that charges were being filed against the parents. If true that is a major mistake. Once they decided that they were going to charge the parents they should have had law enforcement keeping an eye on them.

It will be interesting if the families of the victims will sue the school since they knew as early as Nov. 21st that the kid was looking up how to buy ammo on line while at school. And they didn't search his bag the day of the shooting. An argument might be made that they did not go far enough to protect the students.
