People in my neighborhood group said

that last week there was barely anyone at the pharmacy to get Covid shots. This week there were about 20 people in line to get vaccines. Unfortunate that it takes a new variant to make people want to do the right thing.

That less people would be in line to get a shot and potentially deal with a day or two of symptoms during Thanksgiving week?

He ended up missing dinner because he felt terrible.

And I bet a lot of people who reacted like that to their 2nd shot put it off till this week because they didn't want to be sick on thanksgiving....not to mention many were traveling all week.

I got min this week because of that too. And good thing I took a day of work off because I felt pretty off all day following myself.
