Today’s Washington Post (and I think the NYT too) had an article on how the VP’s leadership style is causing staffers to leave. When was the last time we saw an article on a man’s leadership style? Yeah, that was never.

when he was VP. Let's see, there was, um, and then he, uh, and of course we can't forget when he - what was that again? Am I missing any of Pence's accomplishments? Oh, yes - he spend a large amount of taxpayer money to throw a hissy fit at some NFL game.

The first being the daily media hit laid on Biden. The difference is how the media leaves the VP hit job to their second stringers while the truth twisters on Biden are A-listers who've carefully woven the trope of how Biden is a lying gaffe machine who's embarrassing the nation.

Their modus operandi on Harris is that literally everything she says or does is mockable, shameful and fraught with "mysterious" motives. When she shows her head is public, it's instantly whackable. If it's private, it's wasting tax payers money.

It's all nonsense when audited with veracity and a respect for the reader/listener. But that's the key. It's been forever since the news media held their audience as anything but unintelligent and maleable proles. Not coincidentally, it's been about that long since the "conservative" movement has perpetually proven their assessment spot on.
