If the woman/child puts the baby up for adoption, the Court should force the father to take and raise the
child w/o any financial help from the mother.

6-month waiting period to buy a gun. No gun shops in all of Staten Island (and probably most of the other Boroughs). $350 permit application (pass or fail), and you have to state why you want a handgun.
