Just had a Strike Vote with over 93% voting to authorize the strike.

I think that people have become complacent, thinking that companies and management have just always given us the weekends, holidays, overtime, benefits, etc...

Each of those things were fought for. People literally got hurt and died to bring those things to American workers. It has been too easy to vilify workers as "greedy" and "lazy" and thinking that the owners of companies will just give you what you need to survive.
