Jokes and zingers aside, I think this was the most damaging and eye-opening line of the night. Mitt Romney is indeed someone who is living in the past. I hate to say it, but sometimes older people get caught up in old ways of thinking and can't adapt to new realities. And as President Obama pointed out, Mitt's backward-looking (dare I say reactionary?) thinking isn't limited to foreign policy, it extends to social and economic policy as well.
