He killed my brother when he said that AIDS was a "gay cancer," and failed to fund early research on a cure. My brother got AIDS from a blood transfusion in the 80's. He passed early on in the epidemic. Had there have been some research, there may have been drugs to help keep him alive.

If you include former office holders as well, I'll add Cheney and Jeb Bush to the list. I actually detest Jeb even more than Dubya.
