News from Stone attorney Grant Smith below:
Yesterday I sent a letter to the Select Committee on behalf of Mr. Stone advising them that he will be asserting his Fifth Amendment privilege in response to their subpoena.

His sentence was commuted by Trump.
Then he was pardoned by Trump Dec 23 2020.

testimony about the January 6th insurrection. His pardon didn't cover crimes related to that event.

there are times I love the idea of giving the finger to thr system, there are times I think of the full fist to Stone.
