I read the memo through and this summarizes the problems of the IG report, the only thing I would add is that the IG did not even speak to anyone from the DCNG for their timelines or refuting the statements of Piatt and Flynn. The fact that these fckers thought this was not going to be made public, thought that they could lie to congress and the IG with impunity.

that while the attack on the Capitol was still going on, I heard someone on MSNBC report that Donald Trump had ordered the National Guard to stand down. I can't remember who it was, but I watch MSNBC 90% of the time in the afternoon, so I'm positive it was on MSNBC.

I think someone should go through the entire MSNBC report, as it was happening, from the very beginning, and I'm positive they'd find what I'm talking about. I was livid at the time because of it, and I don't have Alzheimer's or any other mental impairment (other than a serious appreciation of the dark and bizarre humor). Someone reported that Donald Trump had told the National Guard to stand down, and I'd bet my life on that.
