These aren't people who are struggling economically and feeling unheard and left behind, or whatever garbage it is we're supposed to believe.

The wealthy middle class wanted to convert their money into political power.
They were the ones to incite the commoners to overthrow the government, but they dismantled all of the government instead of the ruling class, so there was no regional control and all went to shit for about a century.
