will run with last night's sellout performance as proof that his failure to uphold conservative values did him in.

According to Ann "It's hard" to put up with that much GOP friendly fire.

But the big opportunity will be to rip the Republican party in half once and for all. The radicals and the Tea Partiers will blame the "moderates" for running liberal Mitt.

First day they will be saying "if the election had been held in the week after the first debate Willard would have won". Second day the long knives will come out.

The fact that, despite his amply demonstrated idiocy, Mittwit still possesses support that's even measurable convinces me of the veracity of H. L. Mencken's quip: "Nobody ever went broke underestimating the intelligence of the American public."

between the Republican establishment (Jeb) saying we can't win anymore with only white men and the Tea Party rabble saying we just weren't conservative enough.

The real problem is that they've moved way way way too far right, but they won't admit that. Maybe they'll say he was too much of a centrist.

Bush barely got over the finish line, winning 286 to 251 EVs and 50.7 to 48.3 total vote percentage, and they babbled, and therefor the liberal media babbled, about how he had a MANDATE.

BO will have the same, or better margins, and also see pickups in the senate and house.

But, 2004 will be erased history, and the talk will all be about how weak of a reelect he had, and whatever spin they come up with to excuse it and say that he has no support to do anything for the next four years.

He and all his personal millions will really feel the pain, eh?

Realistically the worst thing that can happen to Romney this election is not ending up president. Well, and IRS investigations, but that would be an issue, election or no, it's just exacerbated by the publicity.

begin blaming mittens for all their failures. Chicken littles running around thinking their world is ending. Especially since I believe that there is a good chance now that they may lose the house.
