Appeals court rejects Trump's bid to keep January 6 documents from House committee
https://www.cnn.com/2021/12/09/politics/trump-documents/index.html(CNN)A federal appeals court Thursday ruled against former President Donald Trump in his effort to block his White House records from being released to the House select committee investigating January 6.
However, the DC Circuit Court of Appeals paused its ruling for two weeks so that Trump could seek a Supreme Court intervention.
